I truly am curious if it changes your mind or what your response is.
And did you read the news that Gov. Brown signed more anti gun laws??

I am also sure they do not have unlimited funds.

Not to mention we (CA & NY) are in two of the most hostile, anti gun environments in America. And their strategies are effective; push as much anti gun legislation as possible and hope most will stick. You just do not see this in pro gun states so when something may come along, it is much easier to combat. That is why you do not have folks en mass in ID, MT, TX, etc, complaining that the NRA has done nothing for them.

Support who you want, do not support who you want. It is your choice. But to say that the NRA has done nothing for CA or NY is just disingenuous.
      Emphasis mine.

      Yep...

I don't need a forum attorney to make me believe what I already know. I have internet and I can read the news Thanks!
Calling people names because 50% of people in California are tired of listening the same NRA excuse.Today I don't care for the NRA I will let you know if I change my mind next time I read the news and I don't see another anti gun law passed again in Sacramento.
50% of the gunowners in CA aren't even members of the NRA. Perhaps if they were, this thread would not exist.
"Did I say "republic?" By God, yes, I said "republic!" Long live the glorious republic of the United States of America. Damn democracy. It is a fraudulent term used, often by ignorant persons but no less often by intellectual fakers, to describe an infamous mixture of socialism, miscegenation, graft, confiscation of property and denial of personal rights to individuals whose virtuous principles make them offensive." - Westbrook Pegler

So you are not going to respond to what NRA has done in Post# 16?

Just curious, what should/could NRA have done to stop Governor Brown from signing those bills?

                      So in other words,

I'm going to stop rowing the Boat to Shore, then complain about the
lack of progress getting to shore.

So you're not an NRA member. You can't be bothered. Please tell us why you think other people, the NRA in this case, should take your life and your rights more seriously than you do?

I'm getting used to carrying the load for some of the Gun Owners
who refuse to help defend the Bill of Rights.

Oh, and this guy agrees with you, & Thanks You for Your Support:

I guess that $50 Million dollar Anti NRA campaign money is bearing fruit.

OK, what is the recipe for winning? What should NRA do differently? Do you think they aren't trying to win?

You know that the NRA supported case of Peruta was a win that has been taken away by an en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit, right? What should NRA have done differently to win at the en banc level?

Have you received ammo shipped directly to you in the last 5 years? Or have you enjoyed not having to fill out a form with your personal info and a thumbprint every time you buy ammo during that time? The only reason you have that luxury is because of an NRA supported case (Parker v. California) that we won.

Do you not think the wins for the residents of all the cities wherein NRA helped defeat gun control ordinances (listed in Post# 16) are significant?

You realize that following Sandyhook almost no really bad gun control bills were passed by the Legislature (except for the ban on lead ammo for hunting). Do you think that just happened? You don't think beating back those bills was a win?
