Tired of feeling the heat from these nanny liberals!
There has to be a way to put them on the spot and make them feel the heat for a change!

Sworn to protect and serve the constitution, except the 2A.
How about filling charges of treason? Or mount a recall?

Seriously, were getting damn close to breaking out the torches and pitchforks!

          Featureless builds are not safe

Note that this bill essentially reduces the definition of an assault rifle to a single feature:

"A semiautomatic centerfire rifle that does not have a fixed magazine ..."

In fact, for rifles, the bill eliminates all the other "feature" restrictions except for the overall length restriction. So your current "featureless build" will now be an assault weapon if it doesn't have a fixed magazine.

I didn't read a ban on future sales in there....or does redefining bb'd AR's as AW's take care of that? This is a significant step toward completely removing semi-autos from the state if it passes. Since this won't actually do anything to reduce violent crime, stronger measures (confiscation or forced removal from the state) will of course become necessary as the next "reasonable and logical" step to reduce gun violence. We must fight this!

              "Attachable" magazine.

So we would need a combination of a Bullet Button and a P-50, where we would need to loosen an allen screw to insert the magazine, but would need to press with a bullet tip to remove... tool needed for detachment and attachment.

                      that is what will happen.
If you figure there are 500,000 detacheable rifles thats still 5000 shootouts.

Our legislature is making me feel downright seditious.

I owe these ****ers nothing, as it's clear they want to make all of us disarmed serfs, one little cut at a time.

Only problem is the DOJ can determine what actually constitutes a fixed magazine and guess who runs the DOJ....

So F'ing tired of this BS. Cal's next governor will go along with these knuckleheads; there will be no stopping Sacramento. If not this year then next; feels inevitable. The politicians seem to be doing this just to spite gun owners who they really hate, they seem to despise the fact arm citizens possess the potential to fight back against their tyranny. They seem to get off telling people what to do. A FNC commentator remarked that they heard that Ruth Bader Ginsburg will retire this summer so BHO can put in another liberal justice before the election, so SCOTUS will not change.

                                no hope.
