Ca makes up its own definition of an assault weapon compared to what the fed says

Just like the fed says marijuana is illegal, but ca says its legal to use with certain licenses, or permission

so when deciding to follow the law I suppose you must choose who's law to follow and go from there

        Lol good point.
Their both crooked in my eyes, i see ca make up new bullcrap laws for their own agenda...
While the fed chooses to ignore some of their own laws again to feed their agenda....
Makes my head spin and quite frankly really bothers me the entities that represent us commen level headed americans are soooo corrupt and insane.

is using im my own sovereign nation thing a legal way to have your firearm configured how you want it

I used to see many you tube videos on people that use that not to need any license on the cars, or carry any ID. Not really sure how that works or what rights you dont get from using that

We don't care at this stage.

                1) it is not in final form

                2) it is not yet law

If you can even ponder how strategy works, they're moving one pawn at a time, of course no one very few have, because the legal grounds are so thin right now to do so. But they've been working tirelessly since the AWB lapsed, and here we are 16 years later, with confiscation finally within their grasp in a few short years. It's a war, not a battle for them.

Wrong....we care! Even the hint of some anti-gunning legislator here expressing an idea....I care.

I've seen enough of this 'lets wait and see' attitude here...we are always playing catch up and we are always losing.
"I don't do these things to other people, and I require the same from them."

Gun control is like trying to reduce drunk driving by making it tougher for sober people to own cars.

Very good point. California chooses to ignore Federal drug laws and Immigration law in addition to basically ignoring or nullify the Second Amendment.

It comes down to a choice for California firearms owners. Either have allegiance to the United States or California. Obey Federal firearms law or California firearms law. Because the 14th Amendment is S**t on by this state and nobody can do anything about it. Mainly because the courts will ignore it..

Everyone who registered had it confiscated. The ones still in owner's hands are essentially on loan from the state until the owner passes away, then the states reclaims its property unless the deceased was smart enough to move it out of state first.
