King George knew that well which is why only 3% of the Colonists joined the Army and only 10% actively supported them.

P.S. Yes I am not working today and prepping for a fly fishing adventure and felt inspired to post my wit: too bad I only succeeded by half

So it's a back-door school carry ban. Yes you can legally carry the gun, but you can't have any bullets in it.

Isn't that why Obama & Holder covertly pushed the BATF into trying to ban M855 5.56mm rounds?
Isn't that why we have some locales banning hollow points?
And some banning mail order ammunition sales?
And the lead bullet ban (raising ammo prices because they use more expensive metals)?
And the City of Seattle considering a tax on each round?
And the legislative push to require finger printing and FFLs to purchase ammo to raise the costs of purchase?

This strategy is clearly taking a front spot in the anti-gun regulatory quiver lately.
Cannot ban the firearm, so go after the bullet.
It's not paranoia if they really are out to get you!

The California legislature is considering (parenthetically) a law to cut fossil-fuel vehicle consumption by half.
Cannot ban fossil-fuel-powered vehicles? Tax the gas to make driving unaffordable!
I cannot wait to retire to a free state.

Basically. They know that they can't go door to door and confiscate so now they confiscate and prohibit for any little reason.

We now have universal registration of firearms that started on Jan 1 2014, guess what, this is what it's for.

                They'd better hurry.
I am already shopping for retirement properties in free Western states.
I have a relative who is an LEO in a free state and I'l move my firearms to his control ASAP if they try anything more here.
