I don't like that the scheduling is not known to us.

Too bad district court stayed the preliminary injunction for 14 days. No freedom week this time.

Note that the judge didn't say the injunction is stayed until the case is resolved, which means California will need to specifically ask for (and receive) a stay from the Ninth Circuit in order to keep enforcing the law after 14 days:

It would still need pass the drop test to get on the roster, we only won reducing the barriers to entry, not the roster in full. Still a big win. I hope even if stayed, manufactures can test and have conditional approval lined up.

GOOD NEWS: Boland v. Bonta (C.D. CA): Judge issues preliminary injunction against the California handgun roster's chamber load indicator, magazine disconnect mechanism, and microstamping requirements. "This preliminary injunction shall not take effect until fourteen days from the date hereof to allow the government to file an appeal and seek a further stay of this preliminary injunction. So far so good.....

I'll ask the question everyone wants to know:

Are we likely to be able to buy off-roster guns in 14 days? Time for Gen 5 Glocks?
