Assuming counties, governors, etc. try to move very slowly and make excuses on the decision today (which they are likely plotting to do right now), what makes this decision any different than the 2015 Obergefell gay marriage decision where they were immediately giving out marriage licenses?
I think I know the answer, and that is because the anti gunners only like to follow the rulings they like, but maybe there is something else involved in this ruling that I am missing. People are speculating it might be a long time before permits are being given out everywhere. Why?
