Unfortunately, five months qualifies as not even a remotely long time of silence for a federal court decision, even one not deliberately delayed for political purposes. I have read that the average falls around eleven months.

Girsan and Beretta had some new guns in the pipeline to be added to the roster, and now those plan are canceled. I wonder what happened ?
