Are there any actual district court trial dates scheduled at this point for the Renna or Boland handgun roster cases? Or are these district judges waiting for decisions on the preliminary injunctions from the 9th Circus Court of Appeals before proceeding to a full trial?

Seems like the actual trials should continue forward while the 2A-hostile 9th sits on their hands and delays their almost certain anti-gun PI decision as long as possible.
