Nice. Oral arguments are tomorrow with CA9. This helps the cause.

I kind of wish I could listen to the oral arguments. But then again its going to be the same wet turd arguments by the CA lawyers anyway. Essentially the same recycled diarrhea they stuffed in all their other anti-2A briefs. Not even sure why they have these oral arguments.
