The narrow window of freedom week 3 has slammed closed as some of the sellers originally shipping into Commiefornia has stopped taking orders for now including MidwayUSA.🙄

Seems odd these judge didn't go senior under Biden. Sandra S. Ikuta is a Bush judge and she's going senior at 70 right now.

There's still some anti Trump nominee's tho like Milan Smith and Mark Bennett.

      That’s a very interesting spreadsheet.
Im sure if one did research into other cases, the names and ratings would be similar.
Elections matter. If there was ever proof of that, there it is.

IF, and it’s a big IF, the 9th finally lets this case die on the vine, I wonder how soon, if ever, those retailers such as Midway might come back?…I would expect them to be “gun shy” so to speak, considering after what happened the last two times they jumped in…

Doesn't matter now. Flame boy filed.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

fyi, It's not my spreadsheet, it's been passed around on calguns for a while. Doesn't look like it's getting updated.

Considering how the 9th takes so so few cases en banc, I wonder if they will take *this* one. Hmm

I suspect that they most certainly will indeed. One of the goals of the 9th (IMO) is to destroy the 2A at the behest of the California state legislature. Because they suspect that The Eunuchs of SCOTUS might take up the case and might overturn this law, it is in the best interest of the legislature to continue to have the law enforced while it works it’s way through the appellate process. Because they have NO time limits on when they must issue a ruling, they can “sit” on these cases as long as they wish. For years if they so desire. They win by expanding the timeline.
The appellate industry supports this, as the lawyers and all associated workers earn their living through the various expenses to continue the fight.

Everyone knows they will, CA just has to find enough bags of cash now.

After watching our Department of "Justice" play this exact strategy out decade after decade, I may be jaded 🤷‍♂️

The math should be against them and yet I'm sure it will get the votes.

In a typical year they get well over 1,000 requests....of which only 50 to 60 actually get votes...of which only about 1/3 to 1/2 of those have enough votes to be heard. So on paper any case only has about 25/1000 (or 2.5% chance). Why is it then that 2nd amendment cases score like 98%.
Everyone on Calguns keeps talking about TDS. I never knew we had so many fish keepers!

The TDS on my 10gallon tanks 110ppm
The TDS on my 29 gallon tank is 150ppm (due to substrate)

What % of petitions from the State, not just 2nd Amend issues, are granted a En Banc?
