Not when the order was placed and shipped. It's also questionable if it's only validated by processing court paperwork as the DOJ dickheads try to claim. Many others have pointed out that was never a requirement to take action after so many other previous court decisions restoring civil rights. No waiting, step right up.

No goons are going to get off their couch over a forum post about our legal ammo orders. They're probably chuckling about it because they put in their own personal orders too.

All agents are working overtime, looking desperately for the two boxes of ammo that fell out of The Gleam's shipment.

They should check up the AG’s azz. Those boxes are just behind the rubber fist and electric tongue.

FWIW, there are still a few online vendors shipping ammo to your door. At lease they did today.

That is a big "if"...........I would be rather surprised if the State does not petition for a En Banc.. My guess is DOJ is busy working on it.......

Brownells taking forever to refund me. I received the credit refund invoice, but no actual refund activity on my end. Other online stores have refunded fairly quickly.

A few years back I ordered some light fixtures for a customer from a manufacturer in Utah. They didn't charge me CA sales tax which wasn't required at the time but CA was claiming it was. People should remember that whole debate. So the order was shipped by common carrier, arrived, were installed and customer billed. 6 months later I got a letter from the FTB demanding the proper amount of sales tax. How did they know? Point being CA knows about every ammo shipment that was recently shipped into the State. The only question is what will they do? I don't think there is a chance in hell CA is going to eventually win but just in case, ya'll better hit up the range and destroy....ummm....use up the evidence!

BTW...that few hundred dollars in sales tax that I didn't bill the customer for, was a few hundred dollars out of my pocket. Fuk 'em!

They have had it written before the decision was issued. They are just waiting to the last minute to make it last for as long as they can

There are 16 Active Judges appointed by D's to 13 appointed by R's. The 3 longest serving Active Judges were appointed by Clinton.
All we need is to replace or go Senior, 2 Dem Judges to swing the balance to our side.
There is a better chance a Trump appointed Judge would be on our side, than a Bush Judge.

A lot of ammo shipments just sitting and waiting for DOJ to pull there heads out , even though it’s on purpose

Or... it takes a while to assemble funds or gifts and to discreetly contact various judges with 'special offers' and 'gratuitous favors' before they submit it.

                              It's part of their pitch.

Seems odd these judge didn't go senior under Biden. Sandra S. Ikuta is a Bush judge and she's going senior at 70 right now.

There's still some anti Trump nominee's tho like Milan Smith and Mark Bennett.
