For about $280 (as an out of state hunter) I can shoot 2 bucks and 4 does/fawns. To be a buck, it has to have a minimum of 3/4 inch visible spikes. Smaller then that and they consider it a doe/fawn. I take my family back to my mom's property in WV every year to deer hunt. We usually kill 4-5 every year. This is my daughter's 4th deer, but her first buck. She was pretty stoked.

Oh wow thats pretty cool. Im in a county where i cant take spikes but most other places can. They have to be 13" spread. Idk what the fees are its free for me to hunt here and i think most other states too.

Went to Los Vaqueros for a few hours New Year's Eve, and did well. Stringer weighed 5 pounds gutted. I'd never been there before, but I'll be back. Nice impound, nice rental boats, and a very nice fish cleaning facility. Friendly staff, too.

Always looking for vintage Winchester and Marlin lever action rifles. Looking to sell? Know of one for sale? Drop me a line!
