I got 2 Rough Ryder RR2644 Tactical Spring Assisted Folders.
They were on sale for $10.39 each, so I got 2 (One for each front pocket ).
Description only said the knife was 6" closed and did not give a blade length.
The pictures looked like the blade length was maybe / hopefully at least 4.5", which is the minimum I'm looking for.
Hopefully it all works out (Fingers crossed)!

I just hope they're decent quality and the blade length is at least the 4.5" that I'm looking for.

Nice choice. I picked the mini version at the REI store on May 2nd. They had a few other water series, but didn't notice if it included the regular Adira

Went on vacation to Europe recently, seen this Victorinox Venture Pro fixed blade in Switzerland and bought it just for a fun memento.??????

Purchase worked out great and I'm very satisfied!
Blade length is in fact 4.5" with a 6" handle.
Back of handle is solid and makes for a good glass breaker... and has nice checkering for a good grip.
Flipper assist is nice... opens easy and fast.
Overall quality I feel is good for the price... I do recommend.
I'm now carrying both of these together (One in each pocket, for backup) as EDC / defensive fighting blades.
Purchase was made from Smokey Mountain Knife Works (SMKW) website.

I really like the knife but if there are ever aftermarket scales for the large Adira I will upgrade. The Benchmade Grivory scales just make it feel like a cheap plastic knife. Or even if they put some full length stainless liners. I did the same swap with my griptilian and put some linen micarta scales and it makes it such a better knife.

I recently managed to pick up one of the Ontario Blackbird knives in S35VN...

                          yyyyon7503_1.jpg

I'm not sure what I'm going to use it for, but it was one of the 'must have' knives in the 'survival community' not all that long ago. Well, at least it was in the 154 CM incarnation...

I doubt it becomes a regular user for me. It's just a little too 'big' for most of my purposes.

                            Very nice!
May I ask?... How much does it cost and what's the blade length?

Ontario Knife Company went out of business last year, see this thread... Ontario Knife Company Is No More - Acquired By Blue Ridge Knives

If you can find an outfit which still has one, they are running 'about' $175 give or take. (Amazon still has one listed for $181.)

OKC's website is still showing, including the Blackbird's listing and they're claiming the MSRP was $242.82; but, I don't ever remember seeing a retail price that high.

The specs can be found at that listing (5 in. blade) and the nylon sheath that came with mine is the same as in the 2nd video...

                              ON7503_SHEATH__84345.1671214690.jpg

Paul Scheiter, the creator, used to run Hedgehog Leatherworks, which made a fancy (and expensive) leather sheath for it and other blades.

But, it no longer seems to be in business, though there are, occasionally, a few for sale used.
