Beware of the account 'chopper32'

I may be late but it shows his account banned but he also goes by the email: newville1690@gmail.com aka Austen Henderson. The guy scammed my brother out of some cash via zelle, my brother knows no better and has officially gave up on CALGUNS so I am logging onto here to post a PSA about that POS.

My brother has already contacted his bank to try and reverse the situation.

Seems like posting any WTB ads are a waste of time on calguns. Almost all the posts on this thread are from WTB postings and getting messaged by a scammer wanting to pay money to ship/hold the gun until transfer time.

Wow, thats truly messed up. Never ever heard of stuff like this before, heard some bad meetup experiences, but this has gots to be one of the worst offense you can make as a marketplace user.

that is really messed up. That deserves outright ban. One thing to do it behind the back at a different FFL, but to do it same place/time. He is either not the brightest or a few bucks more is worth more than his word.
