Do they ever offer non flat top uppers? Or is it just as good to get a flat top with a flip up rear sight? I only have owned A2 carry handle ARs.

I personally HATE A2 carry handle sights.

Black Friday has gotten like outlet malls and Costco "deals" where there is now the illusion of deals and mainly hype. There are certain true deals here and there but so many retailers just capitalize on the frenzy and sell things for the same sale price as usual but with bigger signs and more exclamation points.

PSA has been doing stinky good deals lately. I got their PSA Premium Magpul MOE rifle kit for $550 shipped a few weeks ago. (See attached.) A complete AR minus a lower, maglock, mag, and rear sight. I got "blemished" lowers from PSA for $60 each. I built up an entire PSA middie last night out of these parts and I'm in for just over $700 including MBUS and Raddlock. I built the lower last night and everything worked perfectly. Roll pins fit without massaging, springs all present, trigger feels pretty decent.

I'm not sure PSA will have better prices on good stuff like this. $550 is damn good for the kit I got.

That's the same one I ordered and have next to me. I pick up lowers on Monday and build same day. I'm waiting for more of these.
