I'm just saying...they've had railed uppers with BCG and CH for $399, which is a tantamount discount, based on PTAC parts as the base. I'm not complaining, just pointing out that they have been having decent deals. Hoping fr cheap ammo!

They had the same thing on sale last couple of days for $450 and I almost got it then. I'm weak.

Except this one is not PTAC but is a PSA. With front and rear sights!

The ad for the PTAC doesn't say if this is the FN Barrel. Don't know if they "can't mention that" at that price, or if it is not the FN Barrel.

The best I think I've seen from PSA was back in August they had the Premium Upper w/FN Barrel for $409.99 with BCG & Bolt, though the didn't list which bolt /bcg it was.

How much do FN barrels usually sell for? Who sells just the FN barrels?

Does not specify that it's a 4150 CMV, chrome-lined barrel.

Might be 4140 steel, Melonite coated barrel like their other PTAC uppers.

Still a pretty good price!
