Question:
concern with the tolerance exceeding the size. My lower is bare metal.

What is the experience using duracoat shall I apply first then install the lower parts kit or install the kit trigger hammer FCG, bolt catch and then paint them.

how about the the threads on buffer tube!

I've always coated my lowers before installing the lower part kit. I use round tooth picks to plug all the small holes before I spray the coating on.

One last finish after I install the lower kit.

I chose to leave the bolt stop.
I wont paint the trigger guards
