80% Paper weight help

I was wondering if I'm able to get my hands on a 80%, is there any help out there to mil the 80%. I'm having a hard time looking around trying to find help.

Thats a very general question. By law you have to manufacture the other 20% yourself.

Like the others said, look around and do some research through the site and you'll find your answer.

Hi USMC, welcome to the forum. As was said above you must complete the 80% yourself. There are a lot of resources around, but I found this one to have some good info for the actual process.

I found an 80% but I don't know if it's a good one and if I should get it.
