I never saw the first picture, honestly I'm surprised that more people didn't mention that mag magnet. Miguel Ruvalcaba, with your whole (I assume) real name as your screen name, why do you have a mag magnet in that rifle?

I saw that right away, but figured there was no need to re-state the obvious...

I figured he just kind of blew it off the first time, maybe doesn't know it's bad.

I figured he just keeps the gun in Nevada or Oregon and removes the mag magnet when he brings it into California...

Wow all this discussion on magnet??? To be honest I have shot with a few friends that are sac sheriff and as long as magnet is only in rifle when releasing magazine they didn't have an issue with it.

So you were releasing the magazine in that photo?
I don't see your finger anywhere in the picture...

I didn't know this turned into a thread on what you think of a picture. I don't know about you but when I take a picture I use two hands to take a photo. I usually am all about the rules in here. But if you'd prefer to talk about else where I'm all for it... I didn't serve my country to break a stupid law about a bullet button. So do yourself and me a favor, drop the topic.

You need to watch it, that crap don't fly around here.

The point of the picture is that we (and I'm going to speak for the cal guns community here) Don't need the image of blatant disregard for the law posted up all over the damn board. If you did serve your country and you don't mean Basken robins or McDonalds then you understand Integrity, and Honor?? Or do you need a refresher?? The point is do what ever the hell you like around your friends but don't drag us down with you. We can all agree it's a stupid law but it's still the law and we don't need people like you screwing up our fight for our rights.

Miguel, just trying to let you know that posting a picture of a felony isn't a good idea. Doesn't matter what a few cops said to you at a range, people have been and continue to be arrested for using that. Don't use it in California, and especially don't post pictures using it, on a board monitored by plenty of law enforcement. Doesn't do anyone any good.
