Dumb founded looking for a true gunsmith/someone that really knows AR'S in Sacramento area. If replaced buffer, buffer spring, brand new JP BCG, JP barrel, new CMMG LPK. Colfax tacticle completed lower. And still failure to eject rounds. If tried 5 different mags. Replaced All the parts listed and now being told from Sacramento Black rifle it is lower or upper on how it's connecting. Yet they aren't sure. If that's what it needs ill buy it just want to make sure instead of buying more and more stuff.

Does the rifle cycle?
Is the ejector plunger working?
Are you running your weapon dry?

There's a pic of it. The brass fails to eject and load next round. So it jams after every shot.

Check the tension on your extractor

Install an adjustable gas block and tune the gas down until it runs correctly.

This ^^^ and make sure your existing gas block is aligned with the gas port and tight. From what you've said, it sounds like you have ruled out everything else (assuming you have the right buffer/tube length)

is it a new build, did it run before? what ammo are you running?
are you seeing any unusual wear/rubbing on the bolt or upper?
make sure that the gas block is aligned properly.

Well sac black rifle told me it was the lower. But my previous upper worked fine with lower. Answering questions: it is a new upper, I have lobbed up and had local shop take apart and made sure it was aligned. Charging handle looks to have taken a beating though only 100 rounds through rifle. JP bolt looks in good shape, haven't tried to adjust the gas block. That's my next step Thanx!

Tried loading and firing a single round to see if the bolt locks back? Make sure you're not short stroking...

Tried doing it with single load still same issue. With old BCG the brass stayed hook up to BCG. Now with JP Low mass BCG 1 in 15 round actually cycles.
