Billet 80% 2011 Frames

Hi Calgunners, I am excited to share some pictures of a project I have been working on for the better part of a year. I am a huge STI fan (and STI owner) and if you are too, you would know how difficult they are to obtain here in CA. Hopefully you spot several features missing

These are from a prototype run made out of 7075 Billet Aluminum. They have half the weight of the steel frames, and this is prior to cutting for barrel fitting and completion.

Very nice. I have a question... Our household uses 9mm for 3 gun and wondering if 9mm parts will fit with this? Not to familiar with the 2011.

9mm will absolutely work with these. The frame itself is more of a blank canvas and has no knowledge of caliber. The parts fitted to the frame will dictate the caliber.

So far the frames look great. I am working on a few refinements while waiting to get our determination letter.
