Real quick question, Probably reduntant and I apologize.

If I purchased a kit like this one:

Romanian AK47 kit, includes all parts in photo, no mag, like new condition overall, like new bore, serial numbers match, $369.00


All I would need to finish said kit would be a standard ak47 flat, rivot kit, and 922r compliance parts (mag, hand guards, buttstock, FCG, pistol grip, muzzle brake, etc) and of course a BB, correct?

On the pic, those two small pieces under the muzzle that look like an upside down L and a reverse C is what you want to throw away.

The full auto parts correct? Forgot to add center support to my list thank you

You're set up pretty good, and I see you've checked in at the SD build party thread. The only other things I'd recommend are a red star retainer plate and a metric f***load of ammo.

Yeah unfortunately I missed the roll call so I will have to wait till next time. But I wanna build one soon, just trying to get all my info together.

Constructive possession in Federal law. There are no constructive possession in CA law. Regardless, you still have to follow Federal law, though.

Romie G FA parts are 10 to the dollar. Just cut them up, and throw them away. Sellers on Gunbroker make a big deal of it and charge accordingly, but to the average citizen they have no value. It's not like you can manufacture full-auto NFA firearms anyway, even in free States..
