Getting the dimensions correct on some of the frames is a lot of work, depends how far off they are. The ones I had were at least symmetrical, I've seen some of the Sarco and Para frames that looked like trapazoids from the bottom and/or top...those will never be able to get correct without a lot of work.
That link I posted above where a guy did a frame and slide from billet, he ended up buying a surface grinder to create some of the tools as it was cheaper for him to do that then buy all the specific cutters. He did get it done.
