    Jacks classes are really informative, you won't spend a better 75 bucks if you want to improve your 3 gun skills.

    Piru has some of the best shooting, and some of the best shooters. If you do well there you will do well anywhere.

    Awkward shooting positions with targets out to 370 yards, flying clays, the works.

    I shoot with these guys all the time and I always get something out of the class.
    I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.

    When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory.

      Spoke to Chris again, and here's the deal so far:

      The 2 dates open on the Richmond calendar are May 29 and June 26. June 27 has a shotgun match, so date is probably the one that makes the most sense, since some of the skills learned can then be used the next day for the match.

      Required Equipment:

      * Eye and ear protection
      * A reliable working pistol, rifle and shotgun with extended magazine tube
      * Ammunition carriers for pistol and rifle magazines.
      * Carriers for shotgun ammo (CalComp type carriers, armband, side saddle etc..)
      * Approx 150 rounds of ammo for each firearm
      * Cleaning equipment
      * Pen / Pencil and notepad
      * Food / Water

      What will be covered:

      * Rules (scoring, equipment divisions, etc..)
      * Firearm handling (movement, abandoning firearms, transitioning firearms)
      * Target engagement techniques (Texas Star, flying clays, etc..)
      * Shooting positions (shooting while moving, supported, etc..)
      * Reloading techniques (speed reloading shotgun)
      * 3 Gun stage to practice new techniques

      So, what do you guys think?

        Either date is good for me, with the June date sounding better.
