I know I don't need safety googles since I already have a ton. Is a cover really necessary for a reloading rig? Is there a place that sells these items for cheaper? Thanks in advanced for your help.

                Don't duplicate the order.

I don't see a casefeeder and extra casefeed plates listed anywhere.
                Everything else looks good.

I would tend towards Redding for the rifle dies, but Dillon are good too.
Dillon's pistol dies are the best.
You also need a way to trim rifle brass so look at a Girard or Dillon trimmer...

Also, that accessory kit combo is for the 550 which is fine on a 650 WITHOUT a casefeeder, but you need a bigger cover when you have a casefeeder.
                  Don't get a 650 without a casefeeder.

                        I disagree.
The dillon tumbler is way better than a HF or Midway tumbler.
The motor is HUGE and the bowl is much thicker.
                        It also runs quieter.
The extra money is worth it in this case.

I use walnut from the feed store for about $15 per 25lbs though.
Add 3M rubbing compound every few loads and let it run for 5 minutes before adding the next batch of brass.

You obviously don't load rifle on a dillon...
You have to have a powder funnel for each caliber to activate the powder measure.
You can use the same funnel for 308, 30-06 etc though...

The powder funnel is part of the conversion kit, but since he's ordering a machine setup for 45, he only needs a powder funnel and casefeed parts to adapt it for 308 or 30-06 as they share the 45 shellplate and buttons.

RCBS decapping die to put in station 1 while loading rifle brass that's been previously sized, trimmed and tumbled clean to remove lube.

Extra toolhead plate to mount just a sizing die.
2 extra powder dies to support the ram from tilting while sizing rifle brass.
