Wow I'm glad I just found this thread I literally had a few items on my cart there but I guess I'll give freedom a try(They do have free shipping for first time customers!). I understand that mistakes can be made but it's how a business addresses them that is the most important.
I would like to thank OP for documenting it to save us all from having to deal with this horrible customer service. I've had issues all around from mom and pops to big chains but I've never experienced anything like this.

Their reply a few posts back was a joke and whining about people sometimes getting over on them is weak. Grow up folks, that's simply the price of doing business and to cry about it on this forum is bush league, at best.
