I resize with a Lee carbide resizing die, and reload all the .40 cal range pick ups I can find, and the only time I've had any trouble getting one to chamber, is when I've inadvertently, but my .40 cal magazine in my wife's 9MM Glock!

I've never seen "Glocked" brass as bad as that pictured above, and I *think* the lee die, has less lead, and resizes further down the case.

I've made a pusher to push the cases though my Lee factory crimp die, but have not had to use it.

Wow. I simply use a lee undersized resizing/decapping die on my 550 and that knocks out the bulge.

I also use a KKM barrel in my Glock to keep that from happening as well.

I just got the EGW U-Die in .40 S&W. A friend recommended it. He shoots quite a bit through his LIMITED guns and he swears he hasn't had one issue with his brass.

Personally the G-RX and Lee bulge buster add too much work. That's a whole another process. I believe the G-RX you can run brass directly through it. Is it the LEE that must be sized and THEN you can run it through the bulge buster? I've never used either so I could be completely wrong.

I'm all for safe brass, but that's way too much work, IMO

Technically they are lee dies that were undersized that EGW sells.

I have used them for years and I have never used a bulge buster. If the undersized dies can't fix it, they get tossed.

Quite true, but i "know" as soon as that's said, someone is going to buy a LEE undersizing die thinking they are the same, when they're not.

IMO, better to call them EGW and let people question you about it later
