It's a great press.The priming system works very well,as others have said,when adjusted properly.It has to be the easiest filling primer system I know of.
Even when I go to a progressive press,I will most likely keep the Classic!

I re-used some of my spent primers when I decapped them to set up my primer feeder. It helps from ruining good primers while making final adjustments...Just my in expensive tip.

I use the Safety Prime system (looks like a PEZ dispenser), and I find that it works well...if you set it up properly. That's the key; you've got to get it aligned right. I show how to do this in my Classic Turret Press video series.

BTW, the priming arm does come with the press, but the Safety Prime (the PEZ part) is separate, as I recall. Fortunately, it's not expensive.

You're making a good choice with the LCTP.

I love my Classic Turret set up. Add some round plastic die plate holders and you are set. My own little fortress of solitude.

And it is NOT hard to aling properly, loosen, align, tighten... easy peasy... Good video...
