      I disagree.

      People load 9mm to major power factor using medium burning rate powders and push 50,000 PSI all the time. S&W made a .356 TSW which was a 9x21 loaded to 50,000 PSI. It takes alot more to blow a hole through a casehead.

      I'm thinking a double charge did this.
