that many I would say over laod or more likley wrong powder.
Keep only the correct powder on the bench at a time if you loaded something else clean up and put away before starting new.

It takes a lot of stupid to blow a 9mm case like that.

They're not liberals, they're leftists. Please don't use the former for the latter. Liberals are Locke, Jefferson, Burke, Hayek. Leftists are progressives, Prussian state-socialists, fascists. Liberals stand against the state and unequivocally support liberty. Leftists support state tyranny.

No Glock 9mm ever had a reputation for this.

              It wasn't in a M9, or 92FS, for sure.

Apparently there's been some reports of M&P Shields throwing out bulged brass when fed +P rounds. Also, standard reloading dies can't iron out the last few mm of typical expansion on the tapered 9mm case, so they come out a little hourglass shaped when reloaded. Perfectly harmless, but you can always stuff it through a Lee bulge buster to get rid of it.

                  I couldn't find a 9mm bulge buster when I last looked.

The way you fully size a 9mm case is by shaving the top of the shell holder or by using a Lee U die or a combination of the two.

There's just one model of bulge buster, which you can attach to the factory crimp die of multiple calibers. For 9mm Luger, you use a 9mm Makarov FCD, as stated on the direction sheet included with the buster.

I don't think they make a bulge buster for 9mm, because it is a tapered case not straight wall like the .40.

J-cat's quote is pretty darn eloquent: "It takes a lot of stupid to blow a 9mm case like that."

But I like John Wayne's old quote better: Life is tough...but it's tougher if you're stupid". I have to say, whomever loaded those 9mm rounds has got a very tough life

Looks like a hot load or weak brass to me. Either way...no bueno

^^^ This is what I use. The Lee 9MM Makarov FCD has a slightly larger diameter than the 9mm Luger, but is small enough to remove any bulge.

Not really. That little bitty case isn't real forgiving. I've seen .010" change in OAL make a pretty big difference in how it shoots.

My own pet target load is pretty mild in commercial brass and flattens primers in NATO brass.

Now... firing a pistol that is doing that multiple times without noticing...
