^agree. Not like my glock strikes,Primer strikes are off center, not good at all, MagTech is junk, and those are reloads, all different head stamps and primers. You have some kind of junk ammo. None of those look like Glock strikes, should look like this. I have run over 350,000 reloads thru my Glocks over the last 22 years, and have never, ever, seen anything like that. My once fired reloads, notice the rectangular Glock strike.

and that's not factory ammo, random brass. (edited)

Sure is. Viagra is a known fix for many things that are floppy!
But also not to be ruled out, in this case the OP might have a special batch of jedi bullets. They have the power to deflect the firing pin to the left or right and thus AVOID hitting the anvil and saving their lives for a little bit longer...
Okay now in all seriousness though, I would NEVER guess those to be hits from a gLoCk. Hmmmmmmmmm Fractured fireing pin? Broke/splintered at one point and now that piece fell out and what you have left is flopping around with excessive play in the firing pin carrier doodad?
SEEMS LEGIT. Is this a Gen 5 glock with the new DOJ approved microtramp-stamping? Yeah, I can see how it affects the guns now...7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...

I would check the chamber area. I would take the barrel out and see how those rounds sit in the chamber. Got a feeling they are seeting too deep.
Rephrased the question: Did you cycled a few rounds through the gun before you shot it? Maybe you have a few rounds that have set backs.Last edited by MR_X; 03-18-2014, 10:37 AM.Comment

Thanks everyone. Looks to be close to 50/50 I'll swing by another shop to get their opinion and see what happens. I did cycle several dummy rounds through it. Once I get it figured out I'll post it. Thanks again.

All glocks make off center light hits like that when they try to fire not fully locked up. Seen it many time with students shooting crappy ammo. Usually oversized bulk range reloads or gunshow mystery reloads. The round is fat, doesnt seat all the way in the chamber, and the barrel is not allowed to rotate all the way up into battery.

Update, I got a hold of glock tech support a couple days ago. Gave him the info I listed but forgot to mention the off center strikes. He said to put another 100+ round through it and wear the spring in ?? Yesterday mentioned this situation to the ffl dealer I use when I sold my sig and he said NO, gun issue send it back. Called glock again today and added the off center strikes and he said right away recoil spring, took my info and is sending out a new spring. Will update again after replacing it and shooting some blazer ammo through it.Comment
