    That sounds about right. 4.6 is middle road according to speer. That's what shoot out of my Ruger and XD. A little kick and enough umph. I double tap whenever I can.

      The older lot did have the groove, my newer lot that I got last year does not have a groove. Gues they don't do it on the .355 anymore. Still shoots great and the same though.

      I don't lube them again, they are perfect as is. You get the lube all over your hands just handling them. That's why I love bear creek.

        I bought some 147 gr Bear Creek 9mm last night...
        They were "Flat Nose".... is there a point to the flat nose?...well...errrrr.. I mean is there a reason for the flat nose?

            OAL: 1.135"
            Crimp .378
            WSP / CCI #500 SPP
            W231 4.4 grn

            MG 124grn JHP
            OAL: 1.120"
            Crimp: .377-.378
            WSP / CCI #500 SPP
            W231 4.4 grn

            fwiw: CZ 75SA -&- Bar Sto Barreled Glock 9mm
            ^ Shorter OAL required

            MG 124JHP
            OAL 1.095
            WSP / CCI #500 SPP
            W231 4.4

            MG 147 CMJ
            OAL: 1.135
            WSP / CCI #500 SPP
            W231 3.6

            Not directed to the OP, but in General:
            * ANY LOAD SHOULD BE WORKED UP & Tested per Firearm. Some barrels will only chamber shorter OAL loads, such as the CZ75. Reference data from a Reloading Manual and Start from Their Minimum Range of Weight
            ^ DO NOT Start High & Work Down; Start Low & Work your Load Up with any powder.
