    I think these CCI military primers may be a bit thicker (not diameter but in height) and are thus getting stuck in the rotary plate

      Also, the small pistol primer tray/tube for the 650 is the same as the small rifle, correct?

        Yes there is a small tube and large tube. Yellow tip large. Blue tip small if I remember correctly. I write on marker with mine. If they start falling,out while reloading its due to tip worn out. You should have got a couple spares if not just call them they'll send free or just buy a maintenance kit. That's what I'd do.
