Similar to Toten Kopf, here's what I generally do:
1. Deprime Cases
2. Lube Cases with Valvoline fully synthetic motor oil
3. Resize, Full Length
4. Check with Wilson Case Gage
5. Trim & Deburr if necessary
6. Ultrasound Cleaner, 25 min with Wisk detergent and Lyman Turbo Case Cleaner in individual zip-lock bags to keep ultrasonic water clean.
7. Let cases air dry (primer pockets are clean)
8. Prime Cases
9. Load Cases
Since there is no media to plug the flash hole or primer pocket or get into the case, this technique eliminates that headache. The ultrasonic cleaner cleans the outside and the inside of each case. About 25 .223 case go into a ziplock baggie with enough water, detergent, & Turbo case cleaner to cover them. Add a little air to the baggie before sealing so it floats in the water and doesn't touch the ultrasonic tub. As it floats, it rotates which maybe helps with the cleaning. The ultrasonic cleaning results have been posted here on Calguns. I suppose I should be lubing the case before seating the bullets, but so far, it hasn't seemed necessary.
