Puking power pistol all over my Hornady LnL - new powder drop/rotar

    I'm using power pistol.
I'd like to swap out powder drops for different calibers - my .38sp set up does not puke the power pistol.

For the 9mm rotor seen below - I degreased using one shot. I have a handgun rotor and I'm getting the PP all over the place.

    What's going on?

Contact Hornady. The rotor may be out of spec. The Hornady measure is one of the best and doesn't leak.
    Hornady will fix you up.

After looking at mine, yours looks way out of spec. That channel was cut too far along the powder measure. -Chris

Try flipping the rotor around. It looks like you have it in backwards.

Might be installed wrong or out of spec like others have said.

When I had mine, I did NOT use the dry lube on the inside the powder measure as it tends to stick.

In the very first picture, unless it's a reflection, there's a visible gap when the adjuster is fully down. I mean it looks like a dark little cave! Return to Hornandy.

I would say that for it to be THAT far out of spec, something could be reversed?

Else, certainly out of spec. Powder rotors do not need any breating gaps on top... Mine does not look like that. Well, if it does it certainly does not leak.

I had to wash my powder measure inerds where powder touches with soap and water then wipe down with a dryer sheet to take off static. After that I get very little powder drop.
