Damn, looks nice! Makes me wish I had a garage to convert over. Any insulation in the walls and/or ceiling would help and make sure you don't have water pooling outside so you don't get the joys of water damaged drywall/cabinets with the fragrant mold growth.

I'm just curious why you didn't install the cabinets with a toe-kick? (Normally cabinets are installed on a short recessed riser - usually made from 2x4s - to give your toes somewhere to go and raise up the cabinets/worktop.
