I am pretty well informed, but you may not be.. AB962 does not go into effect until February 1, 2011 - over a year away..

so, you keep buying at Wally World while you can, and I will keep ordering off the web and getting it sent to my house tax free. Oh wait... you wont be able to go to Wally World and will have to join me for the next year as we both order online

I would not count on all those online retailers continuing to sell to CA throughout 2010. Many are bound to get spooked. Any major retailer that stops selling in-store ammo in CA is a bad thing. The online loss will suck too. Hopefully we can do some kind ammo transfers via FFL for cheap?

I say EFF walmart.at My local Walmart there is a sign at the ammo counter that reads "due to high in stock quantities there will be no more limits on .223 value packs"It has been My suspicion that walmart was part of the "great ammo shortage of 2009" by hoarding and controlling the release of ammo onto the market,

we will see.. not really counting on it per se, and it was more to explain to the guy calling me out the error of his claim. I can and will technically be able to order ammo online in all of 2010, and into 2011 as well as we have to remember that this is for hand gun ammo... not rifle ammo. so, theoretically - as that is all we can talk really as it seems the bill still is undefined in certain aspects - like is 223 a rifle or pistol ammo - we should still be very well able to order ammo online. it just might depend on "what" ammo. and of course, sellers could get "spooked" and not sell, but my statement would still be true about the ability to order ammo online.

but are you willing to step up and fight for our business and challenge the law?
