I bought 1000 of their "SS109" 62gr bullets and have seen about 2 MOA (1" at 50 yards) with 22gr of TAC when shooting prone with sandbags and a 1x optic (Aimpoint). The 62gr bullets mentioned in the OP should be slightly better since they don't have the penetrator - which I understand is not perfectly concentric and throws the bullet off. At the time I ordered only the SS109's were available - otherwise I would have gone for the lower cost version in the OP.
FWIW - I used these in a "CQB Carbine" course yesterday and my groups were on par with the best in the class. This was all COM, quick shooting - not precision/match shooting. I certainly didn't feel like the bullets were limiting my performance in this type environment.
