    For the record, ATF directly told me I f I charged so much as a dime to teach someone to reload on my equipment even with their components and they retained the ammo they made I/we could be charged with manufacturing ammo with out a liscence. Hence the demise of the reloading clubs and their reloading classes. Not worth the cost of the fight if charged.

    Perhaps a bit unrelated to the OP's question. I wanted to set the record straight.

    I would with out hesitation allow a friend to use my gear at no cost while I stood over making sure no mistakes are made. Heck I would even clean his brass for him-her (they/them and all the other pronouns)

        Not everyone can be a surgeon so for that reasoning not everyone can be a "safe" reloader. JMHO

              Actually, I think that they would have to allege and prove that you were "in the business" for a viable case. Good luck with that if all one was doing was teaching or helping a friend.
