Response from Lee , so at least they go back to me.

Unfortunately, we no longer offer stuck case removal services. Here's information on how to try removal, and a replacement option...

You should be able to remove it yourself.
    Tools required:
    Heavy hammer
    3/16" drift punch
    3/4" wrench 1/2" wrench

    1) Leave the die in the press for this operation. Loosen, but do not remove the decapper clamp with a 3/4" wrench on the wrench flats on the die body, and a 1/2" wrench on the decapper clamp.
    2) Pound on the end of the 3/16" drift punch with a heavy hammer to release the stuck case.
Video on how to remove a stuck case:

If you are not able to remove the stuck case we can offer a replacement full length sizing die at half-price, click here: https://leeprecision.com/fl-size-die-6.5-grendel.html to order a replacement sizing die complete. Please use this coupon code at checkout [ rifle dies= LEELUB ] all caps, no spaces.

To keep this problem from happening again, use Lee Resizing Lubricant. It works where others stick to cases. Using some Lee Resizing Lubricant, spread a small amount around the case below the shoulder so that there is a thin film. With the small amount of film that remains on your finger, scrape some into the inside of the case neck.

Also, a quick link to an article that mentions preventing case separation: https://support.leeprecision.net/en/...die-adjustment

      Haha.
They told you that after you explained that the case head pulled off the case?
The person giving that answer is not qualified to be answering that question.

I would run a chambering reamer in to thin out the case until it breaks free.

Most welding supply stores can provide the liquid nitrogen. Get a metal quality thermos and they will fill it for you. I don't where you could buy the liquid helium, but I would like to know.

We only used liquid nitrogen a couple of time on the heavy shrink fits. Dry ice usually does the job and is much safer to handle. You MUST wear gloves, leather welding gloves are good to use.
I'd agree with you but then we'd both be wrong...

Hmmm that may actually do the trick. Or I might mess with a dremel to see if I can get a corner of the brass to come up. It's kind of an obsession at this point

Cerosafe will keep you from nicking the die with a dermal. You can order cerosafe from McMaster.

                        The replacement die is cheaper.

Likely true at today's prices. But like the die, it is reusable. Unless you fugup and over heat it.

My first suggestion was the correct one (toss die in trash order RCBS replacment) but if someone wants to throw good money after bad.

If you have an awl or ice pick tap it under one side of the brass to collapse the case. Needle nosed pliers can then be used to twist the brass out.
You still want to run the die in your press upside down if it fits to hold the die while leaving both hands free.
                                A vice will work.
The problem with the Dremel tool is once you scratch the die it's a gonner.
