yes it will be fine...if you ever plan to shoot tactical type matches id suggest NOT getting use to running your scope on higher magnifications...the higher the magnification the smaller the field of view and the harder it is to find your next target.

this is the single biggest problem i see new shooters have at matches...then they are so use to the high magnifications when they turn their scope down they have problems seeing the targets.

i shoot a khales 624i and rarely go above 18x and run 12 to 16x 85% of the time.

            Are you shooting at Angeles?
You contact Randall and ask him you need help in setting up your scope and some pointers.
He is in van Nuys and fees are very fair.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

did you adjust your accutrigger yet ?

since your shooting off a bipod. are you sure your not moving back after each shot ?

I have the same rifle. it was hard for me too shoot at first because its so light compared to my 308 5r in a B&C stock.
after each shot you might be moving back a half inch or so after each shot.
