But to be fair EGW has reached out and basically said they will repair, replace, refund after they inspect the checker.

As for the "advice" some gave, others learned from your situation. Mixed rifles and brass mfg requires a full check of sized brass to find the lowest common denominator or "minimum spec."

This was a perfect storm of one chamber possibly being slightly larger than the rest combined with certain mfg brass that was more "springy" and wanted to return back to the fired/expanded size.
