As for the "advice" some gave, others learned from your situation. Mixed rifles and brass mfg requires a full check of sized brass to find the lowest common denominator or "minimum spec."
This was a perfect storm of one chamber possibly being slightly larger than the rest combined with certain mfg brass that was more "springy" and wanted to return back to the fired/expanded size.
