    Case trimmer recommendations

I'm looking to buy something that's quality and will consistently cut brass to a specified length.

Thinking about trying a Frankfort Arsenal.

    Anyone have any thoughts?

Can't speak for any other brand but I know for sure the rcbs case trimmer does the job very well, precise and consistent.

Yeah I've considered that one or one like it. Possibly want something with a motor on it. Unless they don't repeat

I believe in keeping Realoading as free form batteries and electric motors as I can. Compact design and easy to use doesn't take up too much space on the bench. Use by hand for small lots or by battery hand drill if you chose to involve Mr. Amps.

Forster lathe trimmers come in 3 sizes. Good luck.

Yeah, well, try processing and loading 275-300 pieces of 223 brass on a monthly basis.

You'll start thinking of outsourcing the brass processing part or using a Giraud trimmer and a Chargemaster just to help you out.

My RCBS trimmer with a motor works quite well for me.

I will sit down and do 1000+ at a time or often 100-500. I just turn on my radio or put in a CD and it is actually enjoyable to use.
A 30cal will reach out and touch them. A 50cal will kick their butt.
