Decided on a new bullet mold for my 500 S&W today...



It will be just over 700 grain in the full wad cutter configuration after powder coating. Hollow point will be just a little lighter. This is a NOE mold...

Oh i like that bullet. I’d be casting that as a hollopoint in hardball and firing it over a stiff load of h110 for sure.

I’d also be very sure to order it with a gas check shank. Fabulous driving band, but nice to have the insurance anyways. I bet watermelons would be epic.

I like matts bullets. I shoot a lot of his 440s with 36.5 of h110. Stiff punch in the hand but manageable. I have a box of his 700 grn. Id offer you some if you were closer to LA.
