    Used brass "help"

    image.jpg

Hope someone can help. My dad dropped off all this brass and ask if I can trade it for ammo.
    I have-
    .223
    .243
    30.06
    .9mm
    .45
    .380
    .357

Do I need to count every piece or weight it?
Also do I describe it as "not polished, sized, de-primed or trimmed"?

    Thanks for any help

I would weight it... you will find the conversion rate - pieces per pound- on google

Get it up in the market place... Sale or trade
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
    (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

Make sure you post your location.
There is a sticky above " brass weights "
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.

I also have 8 boxes of-
        Cci
        Large pistol primers
        No.300 and .200
Do I sell or trade them separate or with the brass?

if you sell the primers with it you can't ship with out Hazmat, but just the brass you can ship in a flat rate box with no issues.

Why do you not pay hazmat on primed cases?

Because the law says so. Don't try to make sense out of laws, just follow them.

Count the brass nobody cares about buying 5 or 6 pounds of brass only to find out your bathroom scale is 4 pounds off. Plus if it is range pick up brass Norma might weigh 220 grains while RWS might weigh 298 grains.

You can just say unprocessed to mean all that.
