What PC games do you currently Play?

i know its kinda old school buy my co-workers and i play

every day for lunch . its only $10 for a copy so it was cheap enough that we could all get it and old enough that it will run on all of our work computers haha.

I left just before Cataclysm. That game is just a grind, the most fun is when you have a good guild but finding one that is casual yet still not a bunch of goof-offs is difficult.

I have been playing Defiance a bit lately it has a pretty good balance between you can do everything single player but you can also get on some pretty sweet 20 person mini instances.

It is a lot like rift with borderlands gear, they have it for PC but I play it on my Xbox 360.

Is there a specific class that is crazy OP? I like ranged or sneaky characters but don't want to level their version of an engineer or sniper type guy if they are gimped.

You can make any character into any build so it isn't really a class based game. It is cool because it is simple but it is also a simple game to play so that has its pros and cons.

ATi/AMD fan here more so. Moved away from a lot of games I used to play (apart from Spec Ops: The Line, which I still need to finish) to SL more.
Which also ended up with me now having Blender and learning that.
Unfortunately, Nvidia in my experience has had rather poor support for OpenGL (the video drivers crash constantly when I use OpenGL based programs) and ATi/AMD in my experience has much better OpenGL compatibility, plus if I ever got a second or third or fourth monitor, I could have quite a few more with ATi/AMD than Nvidia, and ATi/AMD lets me have monitors that are made by *shock* different companies on the same span display.

Actually, can someone school me on how to "crack" Rome: Total War so I can add the mods? I just discovered that there is a world of MODS out there raning from changing the Spartans to look like the ones from 300 to an almost complete more historical re-write of the era.

youtube it man. you gotta use daemon tools to change some hex settings in the executable. you pretty much turn the requirement for "CD present" to "0" for off. thats why when you torrent and you redistribute the "crack file" into the game directory it replaces the executable that requires a CD.

Been thinking of trying out Sim City 5 but after hearing about the fiasco it had at launch I've been reluctant to try it.

On a side note, has anyone seen "The Division" by Ubisoft video that was at this year's E3? That looks pretty interesting, hopefully it'll come to PC.
