Just seems like they are playing catch-up. Still no NFC, now you have to buy a converter to use all of the accessories that you have bought for the last 10 years, still smaller screen then my Nexus. Not sure why they couldn't switch to a more universal connector like micro usb 3.0. I have Android but have had iPhones in the past. Would use an iPhone again if something amazing happened.
But if you like it, then more power to you!

Can't do much when the boot loader is locked from Motorola. It just seems silly to have to modify a phone to get it to run correctly, shouldn't it be that way when I buy it?

understandable if you want the best android experience out of the box and never touch it I would recommend the Nexus line of products ..pure Google and steady updates and after release patches and upgrades.

              Completely unimpressive.

After having used every other platform, I am excited to be an iPhone user. I find that Android is too clunky, and just doesn't provide the consistency or reliability that iOS offers. iOS6 is very smooth, and so far seems very bug free.

I use a 4S right now, and I don't personally feel that the iPhone 5 has much more to offer other than maybe some increase in processing, and screen size. I am more excited about the iPad mini... I will say however that iOS6 is great and iPhone 5 users should be quite pleased.

I've only been on android since the S3 came out, but mine has been flawless so far. My 3GS was mostly solid except for a few crashes, but I expect the S3 to crash here and there at some point as well. Apple always has pretty solid hardware (cept for that antenna problem). I just couldn't take their software anymore.

Huge, huge disappointment with the new plug. I have like 20 USB plug that I will have to replace or get a $29.99 adapter. Now I will have to carry 2 different USB cable for my ipad and iphone. What a pain in the ***. I think I might just upgrade and sell the 5 and get $700.

I'll be getting two...one for me and the misses. Yeah, the plug is a disapointment, considering how many cords and deviceds/docks I currently have. I'm sure some 3rd party (China) knock-off will be out shortly so we don't have to pay full boat for Apples adapter.

It's amazing to me how many CGNers can't get enought cheap Chinese products, when there are better alternatives made in Taiwan (HTC) and South Korea (Samsung).

I was running custom ROMs on my Droid2, (a modded version of a DroidX ROM) same kernel as the DroidX AFAIK.

iPhones can't boot Androids off of WiFi, opposite=true... free tether and some Linux knowledge was a big plus, but they are offering free tether with most plans now.
