That game is hella fun to play again though. I REALLY do like the molotovs. I burned someone tonight and I tazed someone. LoL!

And I HS twice as they jumped off the bridge on aztec so my old skillz are back. JUST make certain to put me on the T side cause I like to shoot the blue men...

ESPECIALLY when they wear those lame *** pizza hats.

I really like playing a game where I own just about all of the guns that I like to play with. Cept the deagle. I do not use it much in game. I like their PTR-91 with the green furniture... REminds me of farcry 2 and MY ptr, cept mine is black, with black furniture, and a solar tactical wrap-handle, and a shorter barrel, and a different scope...

Those were the old days. I remember one of the first betas where it it didnt even have teams implemented yet.

LoL. Someone said today that when you join a server with bots and you get killed you can SPEC a bot and then hit E to influence or control their movements...

That is cool if it is true.

I found out though that you can ALSO turn OFF the music in the audio settings and not hear the stupid crap play when time is low or a bomb is planted or what not.

Yeah you can control the bots once you die. This game is growing on me.

Still frustrating though, to see blood splatter 5 times from your enemy's head/torso but he kills you and when you look at how many times you hit him it's only once or twice..

It is available on Xbox360, PS3, PC, and Mac. Only Mac and PC players can play together currently due to differences in synchronization rates. It is planned, and hoped, that all 4 platforms could be completely connected at a later date.

If anything, Global Offensive is a mix of 1.6 and source. Its not as good as 1.6, but its also not as bad as source. I've been playing it recently and I can see it taking over 1.6 as the greatest team-based FPS of all time; provided they keep updating it and listening to the community.

It is funny how I see history repeating itself. Already people are *****ing about awpers. How long before they start learning how to quick pistol and bunny hop again? AND of course, sadly there are already hacks so it might be good to find a local server that is run and guarded and play with the local clan. Like I wonder if :GOB: has another CS GO server. They used to have a 1.6 server but then they banned me. I had some of the BEST demos from that server. They sucked and I looked like a damn superstar... LoL.

I never liked bunnyhopers, probably cuz I could never learn to do it, besides I was an AWP'er, loved awp_map, I would go like 125-10 lol...
A few months ago i tried playing it, i still have some moves, but not enough to be the top scorer..
Anyone played CAL? STA? IGL?

I have not seen any bunny hopping, to be honest. I am not sure you can do it anymore?

I was CAL for a brief moment in CS 1.6. To be honest though we got tired of all the hacks. People coming in with 6 digit steam ids starting with 8 and steamrolling us, (the higher the number of your steam Id the NEWER a player you are, I think I have a 5 digit steam ID) or better yet, ONE guy with a 6 digit steam Id coming in and killing everyone. Yeah Sorry, I will say it now, I am not someone who screams HACK at everybody, but come on folks, you can tell when things are accidental or lucky and when someone gets lucky 80 times in a row and just ALWAYS happens to be looking at you when you pop out from around a corner when there is the WHOLE map to be looking at... Yeah, I ended up driving around to LAN parties to prove that I was a decent player. The last one was in Oregon. Me and the girl drove up (13 hour drive) and I lanned it up at a school on the weekend with KIN clan. That was a lot of fun. OH, and I was banned from GOB (grumpy old bastards) server cause they suck and I always made a lot of superstar movies killing them. LoL! Especially in Dust 2 and FY-Playground or FY-Snow.

As for CAL We JUST made it to CAL-I for one or two seasons IIRC and then decided to stop due to all of the bull****.

Online cheaters SUCK. They ruin a game and it is funny because GOOD for them for finding the exploits but DAMN them to hell for doing it on MY server while we are playing... I hate hax.

okay, I dunno what nationality they REALLY were but we all called them Japanese...

Then there were spinoff copycats that would change their name differently and pretend to hack. LoL.

Ah yes those were the days. RxP (Prescription for Pain) effectively got dismantled when some asshat Canadians got their butts whipped by us and then changed their name to -RxP- (Prescription for Pwnage)and started hacking and I will admit, they were good at it, but it ruined it and we ended up falling apart cause we could not play anywhere without getting kicked/banned and that really sucks when you only have a few servers to play on and you wanna meet new people. Although we were in good with a few others and hosted a LAN party or two. (well I did not, but we were a part of it) .

I really miss those days. It is fun to compete. Wow, they need to make a movie about a group of 7 guys in their 40s that wanna get back into the action and they build game computers and go to the upcoming tourney and when they say their team name everyone STOPS because they were so awesome that the name was legendary and then they just get their *** handed to them in the tourney by the first team of 12 year olds that they play on the first ladder rung. So they play and practice and come back the next year to WIN. Now THAT would be awesome. And it HAS to have Vince Vaughn, Kevin James, Matthew Brodderick, Jack Black, BEN STILLER!, Robert Downey Jr., and that Black Dude from Die Hard (not the limo driver or the cop, the bad one that was cracking the safe). Chuck Norris can also be in it. He can spit out CN facts throughout the movie...

OH OH! And they gotta have a chick too, maybe Meryl Streep or Julia Roberts.
