100% correct! You are F'ed right now!
Tethered or Wait a few months for the jailbreak to release.

NEVER jump on new IOS releases!

Apple stops signing previous version pretty fast after they release new iOS.
Jailbreak for A5 processors (Ipad2 (4.3.3 IOS the last good one) and Iphone 4s)) is not available, yet.
Tethered jailbreak is not what most user want, if you reboot idevice you have to tether is again to see anything but white apple logo..."semitether" application can temporary help while you get to a computer. too many details to write down. Just to give you an idea

vmworks and evidens83, both of you knock off the personal attacks and the bypassing of the word filters.

They said they cannot install the older version of the IOS since it isn't supported. I asked if he really believed that there are NO phones out there w/o IOS5.

Simply put, I paid for an application that they are blocking access to. I've been on the phone with them 59 minutes, I'm getting my pound of flesh I assure you.

The app is on my laptop - I am going to force the load using a back door.

I have a really nice .308 and I am going to load up a special round called the IBullet. I'll post the explosive results on Youtube by filimg it with an Android based phone.
Based upon the drop tests on the new iPhone 4s, I don't suspect too much will be needed to turn the phone into powered glass. I do look forward to the Youtube, however.

Easy to solve with a 2 second Google search.

With final version of iOS 5 now available, there’s no surprise that many of you might be looking to upgrade your iPod touch, iPad or iPhone as soon as possible, but there are often reasons not to upgrade, such as the availability of certain jailbreak tweaks and last-minute bugs that might have slipped by Apple’s testing. If you have already upgraded, good news: you can downgrade your device back to iOS 4.3.5, 4.3.4, 4.3.3, 4.3.2, or 4.3 in a matter of minutes. Don’t know where to start? Then read on.

It's up to the developers to fix issues with the upgraded OS, with NDrive they look like they lost their Apple privileges due to some legal issues last year and so your options were, Don't upgrade and keep NDrive or upgrade and Don't keep NDrive. The OP didn't research compatibility issues before upgrading so he is suprised by the problem and now is getting all in a bind over a couple dollar app....

Upgrading OS breaks things.. if you don't want to break things, don't upgrade.
This. Does anyone remember when IOS 3 (I think it was 3) came out and they made you pay to upgrade? I was thankful they made people pay, because I didn't get it right away. I still made it with IOS 2,until 3 got all the kinks worked out and became free. I still don't upgrade anything until at least 6 months after it was released.

Yes. I make an effort to not jump on any new releases because of bugs.

All righty then. It still sounds like a petty pout fit though...

Why not sell your iPhone. You think you are not stupid, because you had the revelation that "apple is stupid". Yet you are the one willing to destroy a phone worth at least a few hundred $$$... which sounds pretty stupid. I say sell the phone, use that money to buy 308, then hang Apple posters on your target stands (iphone posters, etc).
