Not sure. They came with the snubby. Its was free so im not complaining. Just never seen revolver or reloaded ammo before is all.

This any better? The one on the right is a normal looking round. At least to me anyways. The other three have deformed heads but are semi jacketed.

I would probably shoot them..but in a strong,full sized gun. I would also pay attention to the bang..and be aware of possible squibs. Check a few for flat primers.

That being said, if you don't trust the source don't shoot the rounds.

At best IF your considering shooting them up?
I would pull one apart and weigh the powder charge.
Then weight the rest of the rounds.
(being deformed lead) this may not work as well for accurate weights, so....
they look like good candidates for reloading components
